Fall is here. It is a great time to change the mood

“You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself in any direction you choose. You’re on your own. And you know what you know. And YOU are the one who’ll decide where to go…” Dr. Seuss

We are getting little by little but indeed into fall. It is getting colder and darker earlier each day.

I feel it. My body and mind are getting weaker by the day.

How to cope with the changes? It is the hardest one of the year, and I don’t know for you, but for me, it is getting harder each year as I age.

As nature, we have to modify our habits. The way we do things when there is more light and when there is less has to be addressed.

It usually takes a few days to adjust our system to cope with the change of season.

Since starting my business, fall has been the most profitable quarter for me.

After the summer, people are more motivated to work to pay back their accumulated debts. Thanks to the vacation time!

With the economic uncertainty, thinking twice before making any money is crucial.

Selling our house? Buying a new one? Ouch! The interest rate will punch hard.

Changing job? It is not always a 100% sure bet!

So, the game for now is to keep the status quo and find any other way to earn more money.

A new side hustle will undoubtedly help elevate your mood, especially when you see new income coming in!

Forget about everything sad or wrong in our world at the moment. We cannot do anything about it. Focus on what you can control only.

In this month of Halloween, try to remember that there still are monsters out there, but when we were kids, we were laughing and having fun on that scary night.

Life is not always funny and, indeed, not always scary. Everything is about our perception and our mood in that particular moment.

So, let’s give us a good kick in the ass to make the best of the rest of this year!
