We all already have or will have a belly, and there is nothing you can do against that!

There is nothing scientific in those lines. Just my point of view about what I have noticed.
Are you one of these people who are taking care of their health? Who is so careful that they become upset with everything and anything? And, feel sad because they are always in an effort mode and if they cheat, the guilty take place immediately?
That is a real issue in our modern lives. If you have that issue, it is because you do not honestly like what you do.
I’m not talking about a person who has health issues. I’m talking about a healthy person who has no real reasons to become obsessed with his/her body fat, skin wrinkles, bellies, etc.
What most of these people do not see is that they are so obsessed with their bodies that, little by little, they create another issue more damaging this time, a mental problem!
Simple, if you do something and you are constantly struggling about it, IT IS NOT GOOD FOR YOU. Period!
You must change the way you do it. You have to do it for the right reasons. As Anthony Moore said in his yesterday post: I only live once!
For some people, their obsession with their body and health made them live in prison — a prison of the mind.
It is a good thing to take care of your health but just keep your feet grounded.
We are all getting older, and everything tends to go downhill.
The belly tends not to disappear as quickly as before.
When you get up in the morning, your body needs more time to start.
When you hurt yourself, it takes more time to recovered. Even after a physical effort, your body needs more rest than before.
All of those facts are natural, and you cannot escape from ageing. The only thing you do is to delay the process, but it is inevitable.
So, what I say is yes to exercise, yes to eat well but NO to obsession. If you desire to eat a juicy and huge cheeseburger so, go on. You want to take a cold beer or two whit friends when watching a game, go on.
Tomorrow is another day, and nobody can tell for sure if you will be there or not.
Please, for your good sake, stop obsessing with your health. Just try to find an equilibrium in your life!
Have a great week. Enjoy your life for the time you can!
